Extinction Double XP Weekend (1/31 - 1/03)

This weekend weekend (Friday 31st to Monday 3rd) there will be a weekend of double XP in the Extinction mode in Call of Duty:Ghosts.

Double XP Weekend (1/24 - 1/27)

This weekend (Friday 24th to Monday 27th) will a weekend to boost your XP with double XP. You'll be able to take advantage of this awesome opportunity on multiplayer and squads mode.

There has also been a new field order release called "Humiliation". You can complete this field order by "teabagging" your enemy. After your next kill you must crouch and then stand up on the body of your enemy. After completing you will receive your reward and the epic feeling self-accomplishment and pride!

Official Call of Duty®: Ghosts Onslaught Trailer - CODnapped

Follow the CODnapper and his team around as he goes from one "bored of his duties" Call of Duty fan to the next. The team rescues them from their obligations, allowing them to play Call of Duty. They kidnap six men and bring them to a warehouse where multiple TVs are set up and ready to play Call of Duty: Ghosts.

DLC 1: ONSLAUGHT

Call of Duty: Ghost's first DLC will be coming out on January 28th for Xbox LIVE. This DLC will include four multiplayer maps, an all new weapon that doubles as an assault rifle and a sniper, and the first installment in Extinction's four player narrative campaign.

 
The four maps will include:



FOG

This medium sized map takes place in an unknown area that is a creepy camp site along a lake. The map includes multiple caves, tall grass to hide in, and abandoned structures. Fog also includes a dark secret that is still unknown.

BAYVIEW

  This map is set in California on a boardwalk. This small map is fast paced and close quarters with multiple trollies and other neat addons. It also includes a moving platform and strikes from a Naval Destroyer offshore.  



CONTAINMENT


This small map takes place on a dried up riverbed in a Mexican village. In the center of the map there is a truck on a bridge leaking radioactive material. It also includes, abandoned bars, cafes, a church, and other structures. Containment is a fun close-quarters map with that is bound to have tons of action.

IGNITION

This map was inspired by Scrapyard, a favorite from Modern Warfare 2. It takes place in Florida and is an abandoned space launch facility. Ignition includes rockets crash-landing into the battlefield, and the option for players to trigger two different rocket engine tests that send deadly jets of fire to destroy enemy players anywhere near the fumes.
